Specific services may be subject to separate proposals, invoices, booking requirements, cancellation policies, payment terms, waivers, or service agreements provided directly to the client.

If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Website Terms and Conditions regarding a booked service, the terms of the separate service agreement will control with respect to that service.

Quotes, Inquiries, and Bookings

Submitting an inquiry, contact form, consultation request, or request for a quote does not create a confirmed booking or require Sherman Culinary to provide a service.

Service availability, scope, menus, pricing, staffing, travel requirements, ingredient costs, scheduling, and other details must be reviewed and approved before a booking is confirmed.

A booking is confirmed only after:

  • The requested service and its scope have been approved;

  • The date and availability have been confirmed;

  • The client has accepted the applicable pricing and service terms;

  • Any required information has been provided; and

  • The required deposit or payment has been received.

Quotes are based on the information available at the time they are prepared and may be revised if the guest count, location, menu, ingredients, service requirements, timing, or other material details change.

Service Information

Sherman Culinary makes reasonable efforts to ensure that website descriptions are clear and accurate. However, all services are customizable and may vary depending on:

  • Client preferences;

  • Guest count;

  • Menu selections;

  • Ingredient availability;

Pricing and Payment Information

Any prices, service descriptions, or payment information displayed on this website are provided for general informational purposes unless expressly identified as a final written quote.

Final pricing may depend on the scope of service, number of guests, selected menu, grocery costs, ingredient availability, travel, staffing, rentals, equipment needs, taxes, and other event-specific requirements.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written proposal or agreement, Sherman Culinary’s booking process may require:

  • A deposit equal to 50% of the applicable service fee;

  • Reimbursement for groceries and ingredients at their actual cost; and

  • Payment of the remaining service-fee balance according to the terms provided for the booking.

Additional payment, cancellation, rescheduling, refund, grocery-reimbursement, and service terms may be included in the applicable quote, invoice, booking confirmation, or service agreement.

Dietary and Allergy Information

Information presented on this website is not a guarantee that any service, menu, kitchen, ingredient, or preparation environment will be completely free from a particular allergen.

Prospective clients are responsible for clearly disclosing all known food allergies, dietary restrictions, medical dietary requirements, and related concerns during the consultation and booking process.
